The goal of CWP's recruiting process is to seek out and carefully
identify those individuals that have the potential to become an
integral part of the CWP team. Recognizing the importance of always
looking to the future, CWP takes recruiting quite seriously.
The cornerstone of CWP's recruiting program is the firm's summer
associate program for law students. The program is designed to
allow the summer associates to get to know the attorneys and employees
in the firm, while also gaining valuable legal experience. While
the program is designed to include some fun, CWP also expects
the summer associates to add insight and to play a role in the
handling of its active cases.
The participants in CWP's summer associate program are drawn
from various law schools. On-campus interviews for second-year
law students typically occur in September, while interviews for
first-year law students usually occur during February. CWP also
welcomes resumes and transcripts from law students enrolled at
law schools where CWP does not interview on campus.
CWP encourages interested law students and practicing attorneys
to apply for positions at the firm by contacting us directly.
Please send your resume and your law school transcript to Rayann Dukes. If contacting us by mail, please send your resume and
