Brant E. Hodyno has been practicing with CWP since 2007. He is fluent in Spanish and dedicates his law practice to the litigation and arbitration of complex first and third-party insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes. He is primarily focused on domestic and international, large loss property and business interruption coverage and quantum disputes within the energy and petrochemical sectors. In addition, Mr. Hodyno works as a liaison with CWP’s Latin American clients, staying abreast of the trends and legal ramifications of the rapidly developing insurance markets of South America and the Caribbean.
